Founded in 2012 by Managing Director Tyson Stowers, Entice was built from a passion for construction, strong client relationships and a commitment to delivering projects with honesty, quality and attention to detail.
What began as a hands-on building business has continued to grow into a trusted South Australian construction company delivering commercial and residential projects across a diverse range of sectors.
Tyson has built the business around a practical and client-focused approach, with a strong emphasis on communication, reliability and delivering high-quality outcomes from concept through to completion.
As the business continues to evolve, Entice has recently welcomed Josh Smith and Nigel Sutton as Directors, further strengthening the leadership team and expanding the company’s capabilities across the construction industry. Together, the three directors bring over 50 years of combined industry experience.
The introduction of Josh and Nigel marks an exciting stage of growth for Entice, combining extensive industry knowledge with a shared vision of building a progressive, trusted and highly respected construction company known for quality, innovation and strong client relationships.

Tyson Stowers is an experienced construction professional with over 20 years in the industry, delivering projects across multiple sectors throughout South Australia.
In addition to successfully operating his own construction business, Tyson has held senior leadership positions within a leading commercial construction company, serving as General Manager and overseeing teams of more than 130 staff while driving the growth of multiple business units.
His practical construction knowledge, commercial acumen and commitment to client outcomes form the foundation of Entice Construction Group.
DIRECTOR - general manager
Nigel is the Company’s General Manager, overseeing operations across the business. With a strong focus on leadership, client relationships and project delivery, Nigel plays a key role in supporting the successful management and coordination of projects from planning through to completion.
Nigel provides strategic oversight, operational support and guidance across all stages of delivery, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, professionally and to a high standard.
DIRECTOR - CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Josh brings a wealth of practical knowledge, leadership and hands-on expertise to every project he oversees and delivers. Having worked across a diverse range of commercial, industrial and residential projects, he has developed a strong reputation for his attention to detail, problem-solving ability and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
Josh is known for his proactive approach and strong understanding of construction methodology and project coordination.
