What was once an underutilised storage shed has been successfully repurposed into a modern showroom, creating a functional and welcoming space for both staff and customers.The project included the construction of a new fire-rated boundary wall, extensive floor preparation and grinding works to accommodate new flooring finishes, and the installation of new automatic sliding entry doors to improve accessibility and customer experience.
Delivered within a live operating business, the project was carefully staged to minimise disruption to staff, customers and day-to-day operations, allowing Elders to continue trading throughout construction.
The scope also extended into the existing office areas, with new flooring and paint throughout, while external cleaning and repainting works helped breathe new life into an ageing building.

The project involved reconstructing the existing homestead structure as a like-for-like shelter, carefully replicating the original character and architectural features that made the building a local landmark.
Now positioned as the centrepiece of the new community open space, the repurposed structure provides a sheltered gathering area for families, visitors and the wider community.
